Medical care & health education for all ages
The primary focus of St. Ann Center’s medical clinic is on comprehensive care and health education. Unlike a walk-in clinic or urgent care, this charitable clinic serves as a resource center directing patients to community programs that will help them identify and address their health concerns. Thank you to Aurora Health Care through their Better Together Fund for making the clinic possible!
