Our Programs

The Lindsay Heights Neighborhood Improvement District (NID) creates programs to directly respond to the needs, priorities, and voices of residents within our community. Our goal is to strengthen neighborhood stability, preserve long-time homeownership, support local investment, and improve overall quality of life. Each program is designed to address real challenges identified by residents, while building a more connected, safe, and thriving Lindsay Heights for current and future generations.

Emergency Home Repair

The Emergency Home Repair Program provides fast support for urgent home issues that threaten the health, safety, or basic functioning of a household, such as plumbing failures, heating outages, or electrical hazards. This program helps stabilize homes quickly so residents can remain safe and secure.

Critical Home Repair

The Critical Home Repair Program, in partnership with R.O.N., supports larger essential repairs that preserve long-term housing stability, including structural, roofing, accessibility, and major system improvements.
